Special Events Insurance Claim

A Bloody Mess
A drama group in the local town held a theater performance of Romeo and Juliet at a local high school auditorium. In the final scene fake blood was used for a special effect. When the fake blood was used it splattered and landed on the curtains in the auditorium. The property owner of the facility is suing the drama club for the damage to the curtains totaling $7,500.
